Free Hosting Service for ASCIi Members

A note from Ric Fischer (an ASCIi Group member):

For any ASCIi Group member who wishes, I will host a web site with full email access for free. I will waive both the setup fee and monthly fees. This offer includes unlimited email boxes and 20 megabytes of web space. If you need more, you can always contact me and I'll let you know if I am able to get you more space.

If you want only email hosting and no web site at the time, I can do that, too.

I am not offering to get a domain name for you for free. I use and highly recommend the registration service provided by GoDaddy. They are in Scottsdale (I like supporting local businesses when I can) and they have some of the best prices and customer service for domain name registration I have ever found. I'll assist you with domain name registrations, including ideas for your domain name, if you wish. GoDaddy's regular domain name prices (when they aren't having a sale) start at $8.95 for one year and go down if you purchase multiple years.

Here are the terms of the free service: You must remain a member of ASCIi and be in good standing. I reserve the right to discontinue the free offer with a 30 day notice that will be sent by email. (Note, however, that I don't plan on retracting this offer.) If your membership lapses, I will email you a reminder that you will lose your site if you don't renew. If any copyright infringement, other illegal material, or pornographic material is found to be hosted on your web site, I reserve the right to close down your web site until such time as you have deleted said content. There is no contract, expressed or implied. You may, at your discretion, request your site be closed and deleted at any time.
